|Recommended: YesGreat property and people are nice, however maintenance is bad. — This is a great atmosphere to be in, however, the maintenance crew is not good and does not help with problems in the surrounding area. They seem as though they are very lazy.

|Recommended: YesNice place for college students to stay — I would tell them its a nice place to stay if you're a college. It is definitely noisy and i can often hear my neighbors music through my room and dogs. Overall though good quality.

|Recommended: YesNo place like home — Wendy and Simon are excellent leasing consultants. The property has a mix of families, students and business professionals. The apartments are nice and clean and so are the properties with meeting rooms and lounge spots with games for everybody. Located near great restaurants and a very nice outdoor mall.

|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — Living here has been great. The building has very good quality amenities and provides safe spaces to enjoy the time at home. The unit is safe, has good quality appliances and modern design.
I love the environment, cleanliness, location and facilities of the building.
It's valuable and convenient that the maintenance is performed by the building maintenance team, I have not had any complain of the job done.
