|Recommended: NoWhen I moved my daughter in in August, Chris in the leasing office was FANTASTIC Recently, four of her packages that were delivered were stolen. We have photos from the shipping companies that they were delivered to the package area, but when my daughter went to pick them up, they were nowhere to be found. She spoke to the management office multiple times. They constantly said they would get back to her and never did. Clearly this is a blow off. I called on her behalf and left a voicemail. No one returned my call. Our next step is to file a police report. I do not recommend moving into a building where the management office is not concerned about package theft that is occurring in the building. This needs to be resolved. There should be cameras and security in the package room. Packages should be secure in individual mailboxes or there should be a package attendant. This needs to be addressed.

|Recommended: NoI moved in to my apartment on the 8th floor of Modera Douglas Station Phase I Building on December 21, 2022 to a cockroach infestation my apartment is filled with roaches.
I asked to be moved to another unit in the building that was not infested with roaches and building management refused.
I learned that pest control comes to the building once a week. I've never heard of pest control coming to another apartment building once a week.
Building management has refused, despite several requests, to treat my dishwasher when so many roaches are crawling in and out of it. I cannot use it as a result.
Tonight, I walked by the trash room on the first floor, which is located right next to the package room, and where vehicles park for deliveries. I saw that it has lots of roaches and I saw a roach flying there Perhaps this is unsurprising as there is a an open pipe not a leaking pipe in that room in which water pours on the ground.

|Recommended: YesGreat housing for U Miami — Our experience has been great since day 1. They don't mind having students and the service is great. The staff work with you to get payment organized, move in and join in social activities. We'd highly recommend. Our son is managing to get to class easily by using the metro and his friend's car. One parking space is in included in the rent. So we'd definitely recommend the location and the company. The apartments are clean and modern, very nice

I had the pleasure of speaking with Wendy over the phone to inquire more information about the property and was able to have a virtual tour with Chris.
Answered all my questions, showed me all the amenities and lead me to their social media platforms.

|Recommended: YesA stay-cation — I just moved in today so I can't truly provide an accurate review of what living here feels is like. However, based on my experience with the leasing office I am thrilled to be part of this community. The amenities are over the top, with a modern chic style that makes you feel you are living in a 5-start hotel. My apartment has great finishes with marble counters and white tiles and it is very spacious. I value greatly the double door bathroom for when guests are visiting, and a new rug in the bedroom.
