|Recommended: NoUnsafe building, rude staff, packages always stolen. Grateful for the kind maintenance staff, but I had an awful experience in this building and it is genuinely just sad.

|Recommended: NoThe leasing process was extremely slow — The leasing process was extremely slow. My daughter and her roommate has to wait months to get a word of the approval. The contract is very one sided with very hefty late fees. The staff at has been courteous on the phone so far.

|Recommended: NoNice spot but concerns are not addressed. Moved in one month ago and have flagged building security issues several times abs nothing has been done about it. Front door to building does not lock and locks from garage into building don’t lock. Have called on this many times and am told they are being fixed but nothing has changed. Most recently a nonresident got in and was passed out in a stairwell. This is scary and unsafe and management is not actively responsive about it. The staff are nice but getting 1 star given the lack of action and follow through.

We communicated with you earlier that we were waiting on a specific part to fix the front door lock. We did not intend for you to feel as if nothing was being done, but unfortunately, we were at the mercy of the part's arrival. I personally walked through the garage doors and can confirm that they all lock properly now.

|Recommended: NoWhen I moved my daughter in in August, Chris in the leasing office was FANTASTIC Recently, four of her packages that were delivered were stolen. We have photos from the shipping companies that they were delivered to the package area, but when my daughter went to pick them up, they were nowhere to be found. She spoke to the management office multiple times. They constantly said they would get back to her and never did. Clearly this is a blow off. I called on her behalf and left a voicemail. No one returned my call. Our next step is to file a police report. I do not recommend moving into a building where the management office is not concerned about package theft that is occurring in the building. This needs to be resolved. There should be cameras and security in the package room. Packages should be secure in individual mailboxes or there should be a package attendant. This needs to be addressed.
