|Recommended: YesProperty Manintenance needs to improve — I really like this property and the staff, but the last year has been very challenging with maintenance issues.
The elevators break every single month and sometimes it takes more than a month to be fixed. This is really an issue.
The building has a lot of students, and they make a lot of noise during weekends.
The speed bumps in the parking lots are loosened, and I often see people driving above the speed limit.
Besides that, I have requested a couple time for umbrellas or any structure with shaded in the pool area. We live in Miami, come one It's practically impossible to use the grills during summer May to September and that is a shame because THE POOL AREA IS AMAZING
I also would love to have a tot lot or a little area dedicated to kids. We have this internal year with some couches and tables, and this area is always empty. I think it's a great place to be used by kids.

We agree the elevators have been an issue, primarily Elevator 1 near the leasing office. Unfortunately, the repair was prolonged due to a necessary part replacement, but we are actively working with our service provider to improve response times moving forward.
Regarding noise, please don’t hesitate to notify the leasing office whenever disturbances occur so we can take appropriate action. Your comfort is important to us, and we want to ensure everyone enjoys their home here.
We’re also excited to share that we are in the early stages of updating our pool furniture, which will include new umbrellas and tables for the grill area. We know how much our residents love the pool, especially during Miami summers, and we want it to be a space you can fully enjoy.
Lastly, we appreciate your suggestion about a tot lot or dedicated children’s area. Resident feedback is an important part of how we plan future improvements, and we’ll certainly take this into consideration as we continue enhancing the community.

|Recommended: YesRefrigerator freezer replacement — My refrigerator and freezer have not been working well, so I created a maintenance request. Even though this was no emergency, Alex came quickly to check, and came back soon with a whole new refrigerator freezer as this was the second time mine has not been working. Alex was super helpful and surprisingly quick with the installation. I am very grateful that Modera Douglas Station responds fast to maintenance requests. Happy to be with a new working fridge now. Modera Douglas Station caught my eye, so I decided to reach out — and I’m so glad I did Chris contacted me right away, and from the very first call, he was incredibly friendly, helpful, and patient.
He immediately sent me photos and detailed information, and even offered to do a virtual tour to show me around the property. Throughout the entire application process, Chris guided me step by step, making everything so much easier and less stressful.
His customer service and genuine kindness make him a huge asset to the community, and I’m really looking forward to moving in, introducing my dog, and meeting him in person.
