We would like to apologize for the inconvenience of the elevator not working properly. The problem was identified and has been repaired. Thank you for your patience while the elevator company was in the process of making the repairs.

|Recommended: NoNice building, but things break too often — The apartments are great, very nice, new, and clean. However, thing break way too often. the elevator in Phase 2 is almost always broken, dog feces on the carpet in the lobby, some of the residents are very obnoxious and there is almost always the smell of weed permeating the hallways. Also, its absolutely ridiculous that my guests have to pay for parking. Management is also not very responsive and misleading. for example before i moved in i was told by my leasing agent that I could order a kitchen island through the office but after several attempts to do so I was met with no response from my agent.

|Recommended: YesA little pice of heaven in Coral Gables — You live here and you can't believe it. The 2 pools are amazing, they have the best beds.
Then, you have rooms, beautifullness all around. Gyms are amazing. Maintenance is always super fast.
