|Recommended: NoMaintenance — I have had several issues requiring maintenance to be performed. The response time was less than adequate and a follow-up request had to be performed to get the work completed. A request to talk to the property management to follow up about issues was performed. But againthe request had to be submitted for them to contact me again because they did not make any attempt to contact me about the issues incurred. I would not recommend this complex to anyone due to the service provided almost 3 months without a dishwasher .........

|Recommended: YesIts mostly good but there are a few things I would change — Things are mostly good but guests do not want to come here because there is no free guest parking. I also wish the front desk could be of more assistance with packages stuff goes missing all the time and there are no cameras to watch for stolen packages and no building system for looking into these kinds of incidents. they act like its not their problem or concern.... There should be cameras in general anyway for security purposes.

|Recommended: NoDON'T BE FOOLED - READ THE ACCURATE REVIEWS ON YELP — Wow I wish I could give them fractional or even negative stars. One if flattering. Let me first preface this review by saying Modera really, really, cares about their yelp reviews, which all seem to be pretty accurate. They WILL comment on this review, within a matter of hours most likely, explaining how sorry they are they didnt exceed expectations. What a joke. If the other reviews are any indication of previous experiences, MillCreekResidences, don't even bother saying sorry. Save yourself the time. You have apologized to all these other people, yet you clearly have made no attempt to be better for the past two years. Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again, expecting a different result, and insanity appears to describe the Modera management perfectly.
Firstly, the leasing office is comprised of a guy named Joe and a guy named Simon. Joe is moderately helpful and seems like he's trying to do the right thing. Sadly, we dealt with Simon. Simon is young, has

|Recommended: YesLove living here, clean, convenient, safe, fun, amazing — To start, the staff is amazing, friendly and always willing to help Buildings are kept clean and in good working order yes there are a few hiccups here and there but life isn't perfect and lets be real, some people appreciate where they live more than others....enough said Units are well designed built the amenities alone make it fun and convenient to live here I would highly recommend any Modera building as truly a great place to live.
