|Recommended: YesOnly a few things — Overall, I am satisfied with the building and my experience. There are only a few issues I'd like to bring up. First, the false fire alarms in the middle of the night--I feel like I don't need to further explain why this is not okay. Secondly, the pool should be cleaned more often, especially the tile. When I went, the tiles appeared dirty and looked like there was a dirty residue on them. Also the water wasn't being filtered well, there were a lot of bugs and leaves and other things floating around the water. Another thing I'd like to bring to your attention is the lack of disinfecting wipes in the gym to wipe off any previous gym user's sweat from the machines equipment as well as my own. I hope people are bringing towels to the gym but there is no way to guarantee this. Lastly, there is no one ever at the front desk of the lobby yet there is a chair there as if someone is supposed to be working there. There is also no coffee machine. Last thing I would like to bring to your attention is the lack of a game room. On my tour I was told that both buildings would have the same amenities and there is no game room with a pool table in the new building. However I have noticed the pool sticks in the common room, so I'm hoping that means there will be a pool table added somewhere.

|Recommended: YesClean, fresh, trendy, convenient, comfortable, undergraduates everywhere — I really like living here except I have had several issues with appliances breaking down. They were all fixed very quickly except for when the carbon monoxide alarm wouldn't stop going off for a weekend last fall. I love the pool and the gym and the courtyard. I do wish there was a jacuzzi because that is really the only big feature that is missing. Sometimes I can hear my neighbors walking around upstairs but I never hear people playing music or watching tv or talking from my apartment, although you can hear them from the hallways. I think it's overpriced for many features, but it's Miami so I expect it. The 200 to fix the key is a little absurd, but I get it since it lets me get in to all the cool rooms here. Lastly I love the package concierge and the relationship with Cort furniture rentals. The cuban restaurant across the street is amazing.
