the rest of common areas, very bad, Pool table always busy, tv in channels nobody wants to see, NO remote control, really poor.
And parking terrible, no fixed spaces, 1 2 the people do not park between the lines and if you have a moped forget it. Leave it outside, you can nearly buy 2 a year for what it costs to park it

The Head manager Connie is an angel and will do ANYTHING to make you feel at home and solve your problems.
Needs more maintenance staff, the ones hired are great but there is too much to clean for just 2 people.
It's a little over-priced for what you get.
