|Recommended: YesI was looking for a 2 2 and wanted to stay in the neighborhood, “ Coral Gables” Steven and Wendy were very helpful showing me apartments and the amenities in the building. So happy I decided to go with this development amongst many others near by .

|Recommended: NoMaintenance — Lots of maintenance, elevators are too often out of orders, almost weekly.

|Recommended: YesLiving at Modera these past few years has been mostly wonderful. All of the pluses of apartment living with full amenities, safety, location, and responsive management. In fact, the entire management team works seamlessly together to resolve issues in a respectful manner as well as make everyone feel welcome. The downside is when new ‘students’ move in and consider this a ‘dorm’ instead of a REAL life COMMUNITY. Modera is HOME. A huge shout out to Stephanie. Also to everyone the office. Braviiiiiii

|Recommended: YesWise Choice — We have moved in recently and we have been so happy with our decision. The staff are super helpful the location is great easy to find a car park space. On the other side, this is a pet friendly building so you have to bear with dogs barking noise sometimes and the hallways are long so it's a good morning exercise to go pickup your mail or to go to your car.

|Recommended: NoProperty staff its only focus on sales — I was initially happy about the apt complex but the staff disregards their residents once you have move in. Im looking forward to moving out in next couple of months.
|Recommended: NoDecent place to live, Horrible service and staff. — Modera is an okay place to live if you are willing to pay spiked prices for seemingly good looking appliances that are actually low quality.

|Recommended: YesI have had the pleasure of dealing with Wendy in the leasing office. She has been wonderful guiding and informing me of all aspects of the apartment and rental procedures. She has been both professional and personable. While shopping one day I struck up a conversation with a young lady who had just moved from Miami. She said if you rent in Miami make sure to check out Modera and definitely ask for Wendy, she's the best. She was correct, Wendy is awesome Thank you so much Wendy for all of your help and for making me feel at home. Mill Creek is certainly very lucky to have you as an employee
