|Recommended: YesAmazing — My husband and I have enjoyed living here despite our short stay. The apartment was clean when we moved in, Linda was wonderful in showing us the apartment features and building, and we've enjoyed using the amenities Modera had to offer. If we ever move back to Miami, we will definitely look to live here again.

|Recommended: YesNice but needs some improvement — I like living here, I love the gym and how nice and clean mostly everything is. Staff is friendly and they do try to help the best they can. I do believe there should be cameras in the garage as there has been some instances where cars have gotten broken into, including mine. There should also be cameras in the rooms where you throw away the trash on each floor because there are times where residents throw the garbage in the room and not down the vent and it makes the place smell bad and uncomfortable to throw away our own garbage. When it comes to the stairs that head to the garage, there is always something spilled or since Friday I saw a chicken wing there so I think there should be cameras there and an e-mail sent to all residents about keeping some type of cleanliness. I know staff can't control everyone and everything but that is why I think there should be cameras. Also the pool is cold all year round and I think the times that is cold it should be warmed up. The service elevator I feel gets broken down a little too often, it wasn't working all of this weekend and a few weekends ago as well and its very annoying seeing that there are people that need to get from the 8th or 6th floor to the garage. The construction next door has been so terrible to get a good sleep and I know that's not their fault but it has been months of this. I also don't like that we can't have a guest parking free, at least the option to reserve because what if you have someone visiting for the weekend and they came in their car, are they supposed to pay all weekend for parking I just feel that for the rent that we are paying, some of these things shouldn't happen.

|Recommended: NoNoisy appartment — The building looks good and the staff is friendly, however, the building is not a quiet place if you care about that. There has been an obnoxious vibrating noise coming from upstairs that is both irritating and prevents me from watching TV or focus on studying. I have made multiple complaints with no avail of resolution. Unfortunately, I have to live with this for now, but if I had a choice I would not.

Linda, Wendy and Priscilla were extremely helpful during my move. Juan and Alex from maintenance always attend to the work orders in a timely matter and are very efficient I’m grateful to have a team of professionals like all of the people I mentioned.

Linda just assisted with locating a package that was delivered to my daughters apartment in error from last year. She quickly and effectively responded, communicated, resolved and followed up from the onset to the successful identification of where it was. In the last several months they have both provided clarifications, guidance and accurate information. When you contact Linda or Wendy, you will be supported with diligence and professionalism.
